How it works

Book a slot: Same-day appointments are often available, seven days a week. The price is €39, shown before you pay.
Video consultation: A doctor registered with the Portuguese Medical Association sees you on video — not a questionnaire that issues antibiotics on its own.
Prescription, if needed: A Portuguese electronic prescription, valid at any pharmacy in the country, usually by SMS or email.
