FAQ
I only have a D7 / digital nomad visa. Can I still book?
Yes. This is a private consultation. Visa status does not block the booking. Bring identification to the video call if asked.
Will my travel insurance reimburse 39 €?
Some policies cover outpatient or telemedicine. Ask your insurer. We issue a receipt. Many nomads pay the 39 € themselves.
Can I get a certificate for remote work sick leave?
When clinically justified after video assessment, a medical certificate may be issued. Your employer’s rules still apply. Official SNS baixa follows public-system rules.
