Couples therapy in English for expat and intercultural couples
Moving to the Nordics tests a relationship: one of you followed the other's job, or one of you is Scandinavian and the other isn't. Our psychologists work with couples online, in English. First session €45.

How it works
- Book a first couples session. You both receive the video link.
- Join together from home.
- The psychologist hears both of you and proposes a plan. Most couples meet weekly.

When couples therapy is not the first step

Frequently asked questions
My partner speaks Danish or Swedish and I don't. Is English fine?
Yes. Sessions are in English, so you both speak on equal terms.
Can one of us also have individual therapy?
Yes, with a different psychologist, so the couples work stays balanced.
How much does it cost?
The first couples session is €45, then €75 a session, or €260 a month for four sessions.
