How do I measure employee wellbeing in my company?

Updated · Lon Clinic

Short answer: use an anonymous, validated questionnaire across the whole team and repeat it every 6 to 12 months. Combine it with three numbers you already have: voluntary turnover, absence for health reasons and uptake of support.
